Pro Tools and Rewire Routing Individual Instruments

hey guys i use reason with pro tools and im just wondering how you configure the routing/bussing when youre trying to get your reason tracks to be on seperate tracks with pro tools...as opposed to just bouncing the whole reason mix to one track on PT. thanks!
