Question

phatmatik pro is cool but I could not get into it. It is really fast at chopping a sample at the peaks and valleys like recycle and it automatically maps the chops out which is a real time saver. I couldn't figure out how to make mute groups, so i went back to recycle and mpc.

Recycle! It automatically Exports each Slice as idividual file, Then I Use MPC editor to save as MPC program, save to Disk and BANG OUT BEAT.

Thats how My Chop Shop Operates! LOL

LiveSlice seems to be the favorite for the Ableton crown (it will work in any VST host, of course). They have a demo you can try..
