How to program arp

Would be grateful if somebody can give some ideas how to program this arp lead @25 sec. I think a detune saw works fine for this at 1/32. I'm using Nexus and Poizone. Just not sure how to program down the midi notes. I'm assuming 4 octaves. Any idea?

Find a lead, set the arp and play the chords. Easy as that.
