I love FL but Reason just keeps seducing me

Hello everybody I have a question,

Right now I'm using FL studio 10 on my macbook pro Via Windows Parallels.
I have Massive + Omnisphere + Nexus + FM8 + Kontakt 5 + a few more Vsti's. But I downloaded The demo of Reson 6.5 and have been playing with it for the past few days and I have to say that the sounds are awesome! And I have heard these are just the stock sounds (drum kits also). It's like the synths are sound a bit "thicker". And also it runs so smooth and doesn't use so much of my memory like how FL Studio does when I start to load the above plugins. But Let be real FL Studio is much easier to use. So right now If you were in my shoes and your goal was to get THE BEST POSSIBLE SOUND

would you

A.) Go the extra mile and master REason + use Refills
b.) GO with the program that your familiar with (FL STudio) and do the best
with the plugins (Omnisphere/nexus/trillion/albino)

I use Ableton and Reason with Reaktor thrown in there somewhere. It's the greatest combination known to man..

I've got a template great for rewiring the two together. Puts 15 inputs into FLs mixer, with 15 combinators. Works like a charm. All you gotta do is hit show panel in fl and your set.

2nd song description you'll find the link for the kit. It's in the templates folder once you've downloaded it. Would of posted a link but I'm at work and busy.

Well that too but. It'd be nice not to have to bounce around especially with Live and Reason...

Reason sequencer is crap compared to fl studio. You better off using it through rewire.

Go for both. I find a different program can help keep creativity alive. When you're sick of looking at the fruity loops screen run some reason and vice versa. You could always rewire reason into fruity loops as well.

What is Reason doing for you that FL can't? You mean like stock synths or efx?

If you have the means to purchase Reason and you would like to delve more into production, I would recommend getting Pro Tools or some other DAW and running it as a master. You have some awesome tools at your disposal and they can all operate in PT through rewire. So you can run FL with Omnisphere and Reason all at the same time with PT.

I've been using Reason ever since its been a baby, I really like how the synths sound in Nexus. So I rewired reason 6 into Fl Studio after making the FL purchase also because they have the timed pitch plugin which is great with today's modern day music production. Reasons sequencer isn't all that great (few improvements then golden) but when u can use the tools given to you in Reason to create any type of sound your after then I love reason for that. Do a lot of you use rewiring more often these days? Do u find you get a lot more from doing it or should one take the instrument and make a riff and export it to the Daw of choice? Opinions?
