<b>How many does a "single

hahaha love that you guys went with my mistakes LOL, but since were here i minus well write what i wanted to!

For a HIPHOP beat that has about 15 tracks of elements (bassline, doubled-hats, two snares, ambiance, etc.) NOT including vocal tracks....how many plug ins do you guys typically have for a 3:30 to 4:00 minute song???

on this project , i only have like 6-8 plug ins running (2 reverb for multiple tracks, maybe a delay, 2 separate compression, 1limiter, and a few EQ's...) am i missing a common used plug-in???

A single MPC Renaissance stack up against a single Maschine MKII? Those kinds of questions are banned. Would think you'd know better.

It's not a VST, it's a Plug-In, there's already a name for it. The acronym VST denotes the TYPE of plugin.
Besides, a single can DO 2 if you copy it, and put some modulation on it and vary the timing by 20 MS.

I use as many as i need to, then i take two off just in case i've used too many.

I've found it doesn't matter which two i take off, as long as it is only two. taking three off always ruins my mixes!
