When your motivated especially after a drink and let the pressures of the world drown into the back of your head, I try and write 2-3 verse. Try and use that vibe to the fullest. Then its back to modern warefare 3. MP7 silencer, conditional running, semtex. haha

Yeah thats true...unless a client is just WAITING to get the ganga out, I'll blaze in front of em. If its some 39 year old woman coming to do her Choir dubs, I'll just be sipping my "soda"

I like to flow with whatever the talent is feeling. Breaks are certainly necessary and will give you some perspective.

I know what you mean, but I think it just might kill our careers eventually. I guess it can be done if you're used to monitoring really quietly (something I'm still struggling with). But still it will wear you out/make you lose perspective eventually.

I know from firsthand experience it can take incredible and sometimes irreversible tolls on your health.

When I'm producing or making beats and i'm in my zone then i'm not taking a break..maybe for like 30 seconds to get a drink or something. But at the end of that 4/5 hour session I'll take a break for a couple or more hours and go do some other stuff, recharge then come back to it.
