Stereo to Mono Eq'ing. Its hard to figure it out.

Hey! I need real help on this sample. It has one instrument on the left, drums on the right and the main instrumental in the front/middle. Is it possible to take the left and right out and ONLY keep the middle? Not like Turning it mono but take the left and right channels out sort of and keep the middle. I dont mind if they're low.

Any help thanks!

Use a multiband compressor as well.
