I've been working on identifying all of the breaks on the 1994 Scarface Records Presents: Classic Beats & Breaks, Vol. I disc. I have 42 of the 71 identified, but there are still 29 I don't know/can't get. They are in this YouTube video:

I used to have this CD. I'd have to listen to your video when I get home to recall. I'm pretty sure Track #17 was just Main Source "Lookin out the Front Door", which (though it's hard to tell for 100% certain) uses samples from Gladys Knight "Who is She" rather than Detroit Emeralds. Paris was lazy and sampled half of these off rap records.
You're totally right. I don't know how I have Detroit Emeralds for #17 -- it's definitely the Main Source loop. The original Gladys Knight loop is #41, though.
Actually, the Detroit Emeralds joint does sound a lot like "Looking at the Front Door" without the shaker/sleigh bells. Whosampled says that's it. But it also sounds almost exactly like the Gladys joint, too.
Thanks, guys! Here are some more I've been able to dig up:
15: The Meters - "Groovy Lady"
28: James Brown — "Give It Up Or Turnit Loose” (In The Jungle Groove version)
37: Freda Payne — “The Easiest Way To Fall"
39: Chubukos — "House of the Rising Funk"
40: Eddie Bo — "Hook and Sling"
56: Pleasure — "Bouncy Lady"
66: Bram Tchaikovsky — "Whiskey and Wine"
