As far as I know most companies don't package them up because of slimline's. Here's some info for you to check out: www.clubflyers.com do 5000 mixtape covers for 150.00 dollars www.jakprints.com do less quantities www.cdcentric.com do cheapies bulk go to officemax they always have black slimlines on sale.
