trying to fine line the production setup almost there man

i use the mpc 2000xl as my production sequencer i just like how it doesnt stop my flow, and then i use sound modules and hardware synths to sequence in as well through midi. then i will dump into pro tools le and just add battery 2 or virtual guitarist 2, reasons or dfh, or konkakt , or any other software sounds if need be for taste before editing and mixing.

now i want to get bigger fuller(i am talking like starwars big) sounds, thats why i gotten gigastudio 3.0.

question, can i use a soft sampler as a sound module and sequence in real time with the mpc before and or after i print to protools. if i can how?

2nd question, what are the top sounding libraries and soft synths in terms of powerful, full sounding and realistic instruments. (pianos, strings, bass, harps, brass, woodwinds,violins and cellos etc.......

i am trying to collect as many sounds as possible with as many flavors and tempos and the rest i can tweak and edit.
