Akai MPK49 Drivers/ Vista 32bit

Have you installed the disks? I believe my friends 49 worked the first time plugging it in even without the disks (minus things like transport controlls), but my 61 needed the disks for it to read.

I work on a Mac, so idk, but I would think it's probably a setting/computer issue if you have already installed the disks.

When I first bought mine I wad still on a PC. u definitely need the driver. I think I actually have it on a hard drive somewhere. Just google "mpk49 driver pc" and u should find it in no time

edit:: sry, I skimmed the post through the first time. That's obviously not helpful at all hahaha

I actually had this same problem when I get the mpk49 a while back and I believe I solved it by having it search for the driver in the hard drive location (C: for example). You cant do the find driver automatically.
