MPC/MPD Pad Upgrade issues?

anybody have any issue with pad sensitivity upgrades from MPCstuff.com?

after installing them on my MPD32, all are fine except my PAD1 pad sometimes doesn't respond and might only respond on every second hit.

I opened it back up to make sure the cork was on properly and it was....

anyone else experience similar issues and perhaps know the cause?

I have not and this would be my third time opening it up if I go back in lol. But I appreciate the suggestion and will have to try that! funny, I modded my MPK Mini pads with ducktape and I have less issues with then plus they are more sensitive. Go figure.

I have gotten pads from them for my MPC-1000 and my MPK25 and have no problems at all, in fact they are much better than the original pads.
Although your system is different from mine, try a process of elimination by tapping the one that was better with the tape and placing the cork on the others if you can.
If the tape pad play's better, than it's more likely the cork. Also can try recalibrating this unit, if it would allow it I would also try that as well.
It definitely sounds like a sensor problem though.
