sound card an digi003 rack issue

i know the sound card is playing a major part in this problem , when i mix withprotools 003 rack it sounds good i got things panned hard left and right an the stero image is just right as soon as i bounce track an listen back on pc , everything is lost nomore hard pan an right no detail sound is just no good , i know sound card is diffrent but why when i listen to other songs like on youtube on same pc sound card it all sounds good except my mix from digioo3 ?? any pieces of mind how to solve this issue ?
