Im to stupid to sample ASR10

What I want to do is this:

Sample on the asr10.

First is kick, on C key
second is high hat on C# key.

I sample these in but im foggy on what goes on, do I put the second samples into new layer or CMD new layer or wave sample?

So to sum it up, im not "wave chopping"
I want three different waves like below:

Sample 1 Key C
Sample 2 Key C#
Sample 3 Key B

Please help
