Im looking to make a kinda late 80's early 90's kind of track with beats a bit like this

could anyone point me in the direction of the drums machines / breaks they were using around then? or any kinda pointers to get this time of sound?

Is this some kinda cryptic plug? That video says its a new song, not 80's/90's.
