96kHz mastering!

When mastering are you suppose to filter out the highs that you see in the 20kHz and above section and same with lows (20Hz and lower) or what cuz when I use izotope ozone 5 advanced and it's working at 96kHz it shows me a full equalizer in 3D and it shows those frequencies so is the point of higher sample rate to cut out noise we can't hear or what?
