Archiving vinyl/ samples with Digi 003 interface

Hey guys... Quick and easy question: I have a Digi 003 with Pro Tools 8. I want to start archiving my vinyl digitally for easily sampling and organization, but it is a pain in Pro Tools, since you have to record everything, and then "bounce" it to wav in real time. What program can I use to capture the vinyl in wav right off the bat, so I can just separate the tracks (and samples) and save them in wav without bouncing? I'm sure it's easy, but I don't know what to do here. Thanks.

Your going to have to record all the WAVs in real time. Since its only one stereo WAV you can highlight the region and press Shift+Command+K to export the region without doing a real-time bounce.
