I must admit, I would be interested to hear Sirocco's fav percussion, but I dont think it a very feasible thing to ask him for.Sirocco's a producer that's also a business man ito retailing custom drum kits so for him to post up his fav personalized percussion would be like asking the Colonel to give us the exact secret herbs and spices he uses............in a manner of speaking.

I must admit, I would be interested to hear The Colenels's exact secret herbs and spices he uses, but I dont think it a very feasible thing to ask him for.The Colenel is a chef that's also a business man ito retailing custom recipes so for him to post up the exact secret herbs and spices he uses. It would be like asking Sirocco to post up his fav personalized percussion............in a manner of speaking.

i really like some of the big wide hollow kiks, but is everything supposed to sound THAT limited? Mybe my cpu is monitoring it wierd.... Also, in feeling blu but cheerful, i think you used a kik that you posted in the hitter thread, which i instinctively really liked, but when i went to try to use it, it wouldn't really work with anything i did... it has this high endy attack that almost gives it this "plastic" feel...is that intentional?? you should maybe see what that kik sounds like if you give it less of that high end on the attack...just a suggestion...

thanks..i love the plastic feel..im glad someone else noticed that!

these are just mixed as i go stuff...no dedicted sessions..just fooling around in cubase try new plugs etc
i can maybe post a lofi clip of some artist work a little later
