Arrangement...how much?

I'm wondering how much arrangement do you do on your tracks for them to be auditioned by perspective clients?

I am in the process of finishing off, a ton of tracks I still have in midi format, bouncing em down to 2 tracks for CD, and MP3, some are more straight loops type with not much changes, others kind of need a typical structure ...Intro > Verse > Chrs ....so on to proper show the full vibe of the track.

Is it best for me to just do them in a 8 intro , 16 verse, 8 Chrs, arrangement or would this poss put of a listner, who does not want to go with that structure? Would then then rearrange that for a client?

As a general rule if you are not mixing the finished product, does your arrangment get switched up a lot, whats your experience?

for r&b stuff (the little that i've done), the whole song... usually because i'm shopping whole songs. on some beat sh!t, i try to just do what i think is dope. usually it's nothing too left field, intro, 3 16 bar verses, hooks, some cuts, etc...
alot of people listen to beats when they're in the mod to write, so they might wind up writing and even tracking vox over the 2track before they know they wanna go with the joint... i try to mae it nice and easy

When my manager start shopping the beats, he gives a demo CD with small clips (45 seg to 1:30min) and I.Ds, If the clients like one and wanna try it, then I send them the 2 track (basic mix, not master...good enought to sing alone, but not to put on the streets) with 4 bar intro, 16 bar verse and 8 bar hook etc. And when we make a deal then the Protool session (after I get my check.... ). But I always do the whole song and play around with breaks, 'cause sometime inspires me to get a better melody or hook...
