Tech N9ne - Vintage U67, Korby Kat 67 head & Neumann M149
Yukmouth - Neumann M149
Raekwon - U87ai
Currently I'm using a Lawson L47MP with great results.

Use what you have around that's quality, good tools just make the job easier.

That being said I cut Tech's "It's Alive" and "This Ring" on a Rode NT1, "Sinister Tech" on a AKG Solidtube & "Now It's On" on a AKG 535EB.
