dave smith instr poly evolver

who has experience with this synth ? ive been messing around with it everytime i go to gc. i need 1 analog either va/or real that really screams, for basses especially. i think this might be the one. im even looking at the tabletop evolver.

The Best Of Both Worlds: Analog & Digital

I got it years ago, when the rack version first came out. i didn't think it would be this popular. I like to look at it as a secert weapon. It has nice sounds, but for bass lines I feel more comfortable with the Moog or ATC. Editing on it takes some time, compared to the controls to the Moog and ATC. I mostly use the Dave Smith for feel ins!

the new roland sh-201 lookins interesting. it looks like a mini hybrid of the v synth and a jp. will wait to check that out.
