Thread Starter | Does it work Syncing the MPC 1000 to Cubase SX 3 via Midi Clock
HAs anybody tried syncing the MPC 1000 to Cubase SX 3 using Midi Clock? Basically i want to program a drum pattern in the mpc 1000 and dump that into Cubase SX 3 on seperate channels. I will only be dumping 1 drum sound at a time. So i want to push record on Cubase SX3 and cubase and the mpc 1000 start playing and my drum pattern gets recorded into cubase as audio. I've heard that there can be problems syncing via midi clock with cubase and MTC works if you leave an empty bar at the beginning but the mpc 1000 doesnt have MTC. Can anybody confirm it works just like MTC would? |
