Distortion Plug In for Rap Vocals

I'm doing a rap project where the lead is screaming and they want it distorted. I tried a combination of Eq and Amplitube, but I can't get that warm distortion tone. I am considering Ampfarm or Sans Amp. Which would you recommend.. or are there any others to consider? I am running PT Mix +.

For ease of work and recall-ability, I want to keep it ITB.

Sans amp has more controls that will let you create your own custom buzz. Try some of the mesa boogie settings. They are pretty fuzzed out. definetly look thru the settings to try and get a starting point. If you don't know what parameter does what you can end up going in circles.

I'll have to check out the Predatohm. Any fave presets for the vocal distortion?

i would have thought that someone would mention Izotope Trash by now... Sansamp is pretty basic and a CPU hog.
