Oh man I can't wait to get my hands on these. Even though the audio on that video is low-fi, you can tell the plugs behave the same way as the real hardware.

$800 bones for native. Gota have it. How does the WUP work? What if you elect not to pay? Do the plugs stop working after a certain time or do men in dark suites show at your door?

If you don't buy the WUP the plugs keep working, but you won't be able to update them (e.g. to address future compatibility issues) without paying Waves again at that time.
