Live equipment...

Anyone here do live shows...?

I was wondering what most kats consider "must haves" for live Rap gigs...?

Mics, Eq, Compressor, reverb units, Monitors, Loudspeakers, Subs, etc...

We've always just used the house sound set-ups and that can no longer be done.

Just looking for some input.

Price range is low-mid range equip. I have a good friend who does sound for a rock band, and he is all about doing sound for us as well. I just need to let him know what we would need, that he doesnt already have.
