Drum Buss Compress: How much?

PhonoquO Lives for gear Joined: Nov 2005 Location: North of Toronto Posts: 1,176 Thread Starter	Drum Buss Compress: How much? Sometimes i find it hard to compress my drums bus just right. What's a good amount of gain reduction to dial in? I usually set the threshold so i get around -3. Seems most stuff i'm hearing these days has much more. Tonight i tried around -6 and stuff was gluing much better. I try to use my ears as much as i can, but with so many possibilities, sometimes it's just daunting. peace Marky
