| really? i didn't hear an sib's problemo on the track and the sm7's are regarded for their lack of sibilance. the vocal is still extremely dark, in these headphones at least, and not nearly pushed anywhere close to where it should be for this type of music. the vibe of that mic resides in the proximity so don't be afraid to get right up on er with the bass roll off engaged. you'll probably still need to hipass more once you're done and futz with a little 8k. right now, this is just too dark and needs way more force. |
