| they gave Madonna 2 million for a one day shoot for a new apple phone commercial so I bet Kanye got at least 200k and some Itunes perks for his new record . It was just so funny to see Steve introduce his musical guest who was rappin over a DJ playing a CD ... Usually he has a real player / Artist like last show with John mayer but to see Kanye come out and basically talk over a beat was kind of sad . The technology has come so far with companies like Apple and the music has gone backwards so far with guys like Kanye .... they should have had him do something with Jon Brion playing live . |

| It was pretty funny, I was watching it live and the people all around are all like old people working in tech companies. They did not get it at all. Overheard a lot were many comments to the effect of, "THIS is #1 on iTunes?!!?!?!??!?!?!?!" |
