| Lives for gear | stereo vs mono effects
Sup folks. Ive been playing around(my training time ) with effects lately trying to see what new things I can made work. Just wanted to see what others have been doing, if you don't mind. Ive heard some folks say they use mono sends/stereo returns, and some say mono sends/mono returns. Whats have you found that works good on what? mono/stereo or mono/mono on lead vox? BG vox? hook? GTR? drums? etc, etc ?using aux sends/returns or input channel for returns ? channel inserts for both ? direct outs ? EQing the returns ?combo of stereo and mono EFX |

I like bass in mono (strong center theory again). Guitars are niced tracked mono and then run through stereo filters. | |
