| Moderator | Anyone using any bass "enhancers"? From DBX 120 units to Behringer ultrafex or ultrabass or whatever it's called to the waves maxxbass? Any use for these and how are you using them? Tips/tricks? |

| Maxxbass I've found Maxxbass pretty useful for adding some low oompf to mixes that lack it, or cutting some low end garbage. If you solo it you can find the sweet spot and boost/cut as necessary. I need to try it on an individual bass guitar track. |

| I got a DBX 120. I got it from the old Boyz II Men studio. I know a bunch of hip hop engineers who have them and use them. |
