Lady Gaga / RedOne synth patches

anyone know where these synth patches come from? Specifically, the single hit on the downbeat, and the repeating square-ish wave patch. You can hear them on this clip at RedOne's Myspace.

I never was that knowledgeable on tweaking synths and stuff. But can't you basically mimic any sound if you know how to use one?

Seriously, why are people so obsessed with "that one sound **** used in ****"??? Once you find out, are you gonna use the same sound in one of your songs?

Another quality that seperates the pros from the no's = originality...

yeah...Because pros never find out how something is done and figure out how they can make it their own...

Oh wait...I forgot that they are born with every piece of knowledge they will ever know and never needed to learn from anyone.

C'mon. Even one of the cockiest dudes on the planet went to another producer to ask a simple question one of his engineers could have told him and put it all on the net.

Might as well just take the production part out of the forum title because it is definitely way more important and interesting to know how I can get that pro studio sound for 500 bucks.

thumbsupthumbsupthumbsupthumbsup

I'd buy that if every poster that created these threads were actually trying to be original in style. I'll go out on a limb and say a good 80% of em are trying to directly mimic the artists/producers they start these threads about...
