Hey Guys! I know when you set a sample rate for a project, it affects the incoming audio from your interface. BUT does that sample rate affect the audio coming from software synth's also?

Try it and see my friend. Your ears will definitely tell you for this situation. The speed of the playback material may double.

yes, software synths will be working twice (or whatever if you're going from 44.1 to 88.2) as hard too

yes...everything in that session will run at the current sample rate in theory, the vi's will sound "better" at higher rates |
