Quick question for anyone who uses Audition.

AffiliatedEnt Banned Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 55 Thread Starter	Quick question for anyone who uses Audition. Whats good i got a simple question for the studio gurus out there. My cousin called me asking what he can use to record on his laptop. He currently has a fostex multitrack recorder and hates it. Hes looking for something that is stable enuff to run on a Laptop running vista and into adobe audition. I use pro tools on a mac so this is NOT my department. He has a shure sm7b mic if that makes any difference i guess he wants somthing like Mic - INTERFACE - LAPTOP - AUDITION what firewire devices work with audition?

Franco Lives for gear Joined: Jun 2006 Location: L.A. Posts: 1,312	I use Audition for some editing, it supports interfaces that use DirectX or ASIO drivers; if his interface supports those types of drivers, he's good to go.
