Got a question

i love when at the end of a beat theyl be like a guy talkin or some kind of sound that continues on into the next track and kinda makes a nice transition between songs but im curious whats the easiest way of doin this...never really thought about it til now. does anyone have various methods of doin this ? need some pointers.

Fade in / Fade Out or Crossfade between tracks.

As to setting the end point and start point on a cd so itīs NOT a continius track
u would need a CD burning software that preferrably handles Red Book standard.

Import both tracks and allign them in order, add the vocals/sound on a separate track so that it overlaps into the beginning of the next track. Save the session as 2 tracks and place them on a CD right after one another. That's how I would do it.
