Exclamation Mpc 2000xl + cubase midi triggering situation?

I know this has been a problem for alot of people. I just wanted to know has anyone found a solution.

When using the MPC to sequence VSTs in Cubase, instead of just triggering each seperate midi channel its assigned to, it instead fires off all the midi channels at once. I hope yall get what im saying. But my question is has anyone found a solution yet or maybe a work around? Thanks
