Question Organ troubles (EQ)

hey what's up, I'm at the studio right now and I have this nice organ patch loaded from the NI B4 1, I'm having trouble with the EQ. I was trying to get it to sound like Day 26 *In My Bed* but I'm having trouble with eqq....when I cut or boost certain frequencies it takes away from the character of the original patch....does anyone have tips on eqn the organ, possibly like T.I. no matter what or day 26 in my bed...

Simple: use a different patch. Or, adjust the (virtual) drawbars on the organ itself instead of using EQ. Organs are complex instruments; approach them as such and you'll get much better results. EQ is not the problem.
