Can this be Produced through VST Vocoders?

HEy i was wondering if that talkbox voice in the beginning can be reproduced through VST vocoders if so which is the closest to reproducing that sound....

Hell no, they're using a talkbox in that song not a software vocoder, hardware vocoder and definitaly not autotune. You gotta use the real thing.
