Thread Starter | Something is a little odd..
I have Nuendo 3.2 with and rme fireface..and a baby bottle mic..for some reason though when I record it is not recording, as a matter of fact, I can't hear anything back when I talk into the microphone period...Ive made sure everything is good and it seems to be but obviously not, I know its getting a signal from the from the mic to the fireface because I see it clip when I speak loud into the mic... whats the missing link??...I'm lost |

In Nuendo, did you specify which input channel(s) on the RME you are currently trying to use? Are you seeing any signal activity on the input channel in Nuendo?

yeah I set it up, but for some reason I'm not gettin signal on the neundo input channel..

If you're using the front panel input 7 or 8, make sure that you have set it to "front" in the Fireface settings.

What input are you using? Do you see any level in the top (input) row of the Fireface Mixer?

I'm using input 10 on the front of the fireface, and yes I do see a level on the fireface mixer when I speak into the microphone...

tried toggling "direct monitoring" in nuendo?
