peluso vtb Does anyone have a vocal sample of someone rapping into one. All the samples I can find are singing on them.

With all the initial hype (the VTB being as close to a C800g as another C800g) one would think more files would be available. I personally find this hard to believe and have requested files several times, but was given many excuses instead. I would like to hear files of this mic as well especially compared to a C800g!

DZN thanks for posting the audio files. Great to finally hear how vocals stack on the mic.

just wanted to add: keep in mind that my emu ad-converter is probably the weakest link in my chain and degrades the signal. to quote willsing's experience (bla sparrow / emu 1820m): "I just got mine today and so far, it is crystal clear and super nuanced as they say. I'd also add smooth, focused and nice depth to the description. I can hear more of the overtones of my guitar and note separation than with the 1820m. (Problem is now I can hear all my finger biffs and fret sounds from my playing more than I could before. Guess I'll have to work on my chops more.)" going to upgrade in the next weeks. maybe someone else can post some files ![]() peace
