Help with this Sample

Guys I have this old song that I'd like to re do with the level of gear I have today. Back when I did it, I was using a W30/JD990/MPC60/VS880. To make a long story short, my VS880 back up discs got old and all of the coating peeled off the disks so I have no back ups, My W30/MPC Disks along with all of my records got ruined in my house in New Orleans during Katrina and I sampled the vocal loop/ffx so long ago that I don't remember where I got it. (Though the old mix was pretty cool considering what I did it on) I want to update it to the quality of the stuff I do today.

Do any of you guys know where the vocal sample comes from? (And it's NOT Aretha Franklin Dr. Feel Good) (Please PM me the answer if you do. I don't want to tell the world where I got it. LOL I kept it so much a secret I didn't tell myself LMAO

Thanks

I'll be there for a week during Essence. Man I missed Stevie, Al Green, Billy Joel and Steel Pulse at the Jazz Fest

Wow.

I am just finishing my first project - LP.
There are 16 sample-based beats. I wonder how many samples were used before...

Ok, I know it's been like a week since I said I would post something but here it goes. I had to keep it semi obscure so we can really test this thing. Hopefully it's not too obscure. Let me know if the format is ok.

Hmmm...Probably not. I took it off vinyl. It's from a soundtrack made in the 70's I believe. The artist who wrote it is fairly well known though. I'll try to find a less obscure one.
