Need quality sounds/samples

Hey all.

I have been writing writing hip-hop beats for around 2 years. Using Fruity Loops. Basically Im after some advice on where the best quality sounds and samples, plugins etc. for my budget. I guess you could say the style of beats I am writing have a "West-Side" vibe to them and Im finding myself limited by the sounds in my library.

Im after synths, orchestra, bass sounds and anything that sounds good with hip-hop. My budget would be from anywhere up to $500.
