Thread Starter | Wild Style - Production - Fab 5 Freddy.
Does anyone know where the soundtrack to Wild Style was recorded (which studio), and what type of equipment was used? What mixing desk did they use? Just listened to it, man does that record/soundtrack sound ghetto! Was it Fab 5 Freddy who produced and wrote all the music? |

DJ Black Steel produced it. Love this soundtrack. Anyone have info on DJ Black Steel? I don't think Fab 5 Freddy had anything to do with writing or producing any of the music he was more like a music coordinator getting all the artists in the movie. |

It's awailable on wax - cool. Does it have all the tracks that the new 2 CD version has (with the extra tracks)? Does anyone know what studio it was produced in, and what equipment was used (mixing desk). I'm guessing a minimoog for the synthesizer sounds. |
