| You can sample the air raid siren straight from "Ring The Alarm". Regarding "Whatever U Like", I don't think that's an alarm-type sample. If you listen to the instrumental of Britney Spears' "Gimme More", you'll clearly hear the same sound, and it sounds like a synth that Danja and Polow just tweak out with pitch wheels or whatever... I would like to know where it comes from, though. I really like that sound.
