Timbaland synth patches?

My apologies if this is a bit of a cliche question, but there are some Timbaland synth sounds that I am stumped on breaking down. Specifically the lead synth from Justin Timberlake's "My Love" I'm good on the arpeggiator, lfo opening up the filter, and other stuff going on in the patch, but the one part of the patch i really want is the actual raw waveform and I can't figure it out. I don't know if its the oscillator or some sort of saturation but I cant get something close enough to that raw form that has that kind of attack but is still super smooth and chill. Obviously he uses alot of outboard gear, so if anyone can point me in the right direction, be it waveform, saturation, or just specific pieces of gear, i'd greatly appreciate it.

haha I know I know, please note the disclaimer apology at the top. I just like the timbre of that synth and I want to be able to get that and I can't find it. So all joking and booing me aside, someone please shoot me some info. And feel free to make fun of me, just so long as info comes with it.

the one time i heard the song on the radio i thought it sounded like the typical cliche technosynth. Those are mostly based on Roland Supersawtechnologie that you can find in the JP-8000/8080 and the SH201 and the V-Synth.
Actually its just a bunch of heavily detuned sawwaves that are beating around eachother to create that wobbling pitch mess.
The new Virus TI has a similiar funtion.
Theres also a bunch of softwareinstruments that offer some sort of supersaw.

Read the rules.

DO NOT START A THREAD WITH THE FOLLOWING TOPICS:

1. What keyboard or patch did "X" producer use for "X" song. It's OK to talk about what producer uses a keyboard, but do not start a new thread asking which preset was used for a song.
