feedback711 Lives for gear Joined: Aug 2007 Location: Up in the clouds Posts: 608 Thread Starter	Aphex 230 Master Voice Channel Tube Mic Pre is it good or bad for hip hop vocals i was in the market for a new pew amp, i have about 800 to 900 to spend and i was wondering if the aphex master voice channel was a smart buy if not what do you recommend for clean hip hop vocals the kind of vocals that have that nice sound on syllables yet with a powerfull bottom. i have a audio technica 4040 now but will soon be upgrading the mic after the pre. i currently use a presonus blue tube pre and it sucks
