i just got one of these nanoloop carts for my gameboy

this is the first thing i came up with last night.

it's pure sound, right out of the gameboy, recorded into my sebatron vmp2000e tube preamp

the snare sucks, but damn - pretty good for a gameboy

anyone else have nanoloop?

had nanoloop 1, freaked out and bought 2 when i saw a friend's copy

the synths and filters and all are cool but the sequencer ended up being a little too simple for my purposes. i'll probably be looking for a copy of lsdj soon.

you know they have a midi cable you can hook up to it right?

i'm thinking i'm just gonna use it as a sample source, pop it into the mpc or guru and freak it from there....

the midi cable is just for synchronization. you can't control it from a sequencer.
