YouTube - My Neko 64 Modified by me into Mac not IBM

Saw this the other day. This guy claims he converted his neko to a mac, but its hard to tell by just looking at the screen. These are cool for ultra rich producers, but A laptop and novation remote would be a WAY cheaper substitute.

its nothing more than a piece of very cool art. the whole point of the neko is the integration of the hardware with software (the midi knobs) and low latency, custom music drivers and simplified xp interface for faster performance than an off the shelf dell pc or something. when you go mac none of that stuff carries over as you're using mac os.

Yea wasnt feeling those Open labs products..a bit bulky. So I went ahead and created my own lil...ill gadget... and i must say i simply love my work flow now cuase of it works great in my studio setup and its not too shaby looking either take a glance...

running Live 6.0 and mpc4000 on the side and thats pretty much it....
