| Sampling Hey whats up guys im looking for software that will let me sample off songs and movies. I loved Spark XL but need something that will work on an Intel Mac and regular Mac G5. What would you guys suggest?? |

| Im using Pro Tools LE, but when I try to take the .wavs out of iTunes some sort of copyright lock or something prevents me from importing them |

| How are you bringing in the audio? You need to import the audio to a track, although 7.3 has a drag and drop feature added. Is there an actual message coming up or are you just having trouble? |

| Newer version of itunes renders files unusable, can't up to myspace even, plus it can be your OWN song in the file and still.... Get an older itunes, pre podcast..... Zz.

| peak or toast audio extractor has worked for me for years off CD's. If your having connectivity or compatibility issues, you can always just hook up your DVD player to PT. Make sure to license the samples before you unleash the jams...

  | you could burn the song to a cd and then import it bakc that way but itunes doesnt play nice that way or just record it via your ipod
