What are you guys using to get that low end (Deep bass) on ur tracks?

can't find the thread right now but a couple of weeks ago somebody onhere advised me to use filtered (low passed) sawtooth or square waves instead of sines which i was using sort of by default for subbasslines and stabs. this really worked for me because (low) sines always "vanished" on small speakers and cans cause they lack harmonics. you could also do a search on subbass. oh, btw... by deep you mean sub right? |
