My Fellow Gearslutz, especially those in the Chicago Area:

I am hosting a seminar entitled "The Biggest Instrument" (go ahead, get the ha-ha's out!) at the Sam Ash store in Burbank, IL, Wednesday, May 23rd. I will be talking about the one instrument everyone neglects-the room in which we record. Co-Hosting with me will be Gavin Haverstick from Auralex. The seminar starts at 7pm, and the store address is 7780 S. Cicero, in the Burbank Station Shopping Center.

It there a fee.

I will find out where Burbank IL is

I am in Milwaukee. I know Chicago is like 90 minutes away.

Is it close to the city?

...are available from Mapquest, but we are right across the street from Chicago. Should be simple enough...

Take I-94 south to I-294.
Take I-294 south to the 95th St East exit
Take 95th Street east to Southwest Highway (look for Oak Lawn High School)-turn left
Take Southwest Highway east to Cicero Ave (Jedi's Garden and Boston Market are on opposite corners)-turn left
Take Cicero Ave north and look for Burbank Station Shopping Center sign on the left. We share a parking lot with Sports Authority, Petsmart, Food 4 Less and Office Max.

See, I told you it was simple!
